What does yours look like????

I have someone in my group who needed a few ideas with her meal plan. Instead of sending her a bunch of links and referring her somewhere else, I asked if she’d like me to create a meal plan for her…. she agreed.
 
There’s always wiggle room….change out the veggies, change the way the eggs are prepared….etc. The point is to give her an idea of what her day should look like.
